Information we collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide through contact, membership-interest, and family-request forms. We use it only to respond, evaluate the relevant request, or provide requested information.

Member photos and sign-in

Photo-access requests include your name, email, lodge, office if provided, requested galleries, and optional notes. Authorized website administrators use these details to review access. Approved members receive a temporary email code to sign in. A secure sign-in cookie keeps the session active for up to eight hours.

Photos and captions uploaded by approved members appear publicly in the selected gallery immediately. Uploaders must have permission to share them and accept the Photo Upload Policy. Member email addresses and access-request details are not displayed in public galleries. The webmaster can remove photos and revoke upload access. Contact Webmaster.KingTyree@proton.me with photo or account questions.

How we protect and share information

We do not sell personal information. Access should be limited to authorized Grand Lodge representatives who need it for the stated purpose. Email transmission is not guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact the Grand Lodge to ask about information you submitted. Public contact details will be added once confirmed.
